To ensure mutual clarity and expectations, these Terms of Use govern your interaction with fantasycrickboard.com. By using our platform, you agree to follow both this agreement and our integrated privacy practices.

These legally binding terms ("Agreement") define the relationship between you ("User") and fantasycrickboard, the operator and license holder of this platform and associated subdomains. Please read thoroughly before continuing.
fantasycrickboard reserves the right to amend these Terms periodically. Revisions will be timestamped and posted online. If you disagree with any future updates, please discontinue use. Continued access implies full acceptance.
Our Offering
fantasycrickboard allows clubs to host and manage online fantasy sports leagues. Basic platform access is available for £14.99 per season. Optional enhancements, such as expanded rosters and automation features, are offered at additional cost.
Annual payments permit a club to run one seasonal competition. Renewals are required yearly to continue usage.
Sites for competitions will be deactivated the year following creation unless renewed through payment.
Handling of Entry Fees
- When fantasycrickboard manages entry fee transactions, a 15% handling fee is applied, with the remainder forwarded to the club's League Administrator upon request.
- League Admins must contact support to initiate fund disbursement, which will occur within 28 days, typically via bank transfer.
- Administrators can review their transaction history through the 'Admin' dashboard.
- Funds may be retained by fantasycrickboard for a maximum of 18 months.
fantasycrickboard provides the infrastructure for your league’s fantasy operations but retains no ownership over your content. Users are fully responsible for their data and agree to grant fantasycrickboard a global, royalty-free license to operate and sublicense relevant materials.
Account holders are accountable for the security of their credentials and agree to inform fantasycrickboard of any breaches immediately.
fantasycrickboard is not liable for unauthorized access or content loss and employs digital rights technology to safeguard usage, which users must not attempt to alter or bypass.
Setup fees are final and non-refundable.
Advertising & External Links
All promotional content and third-party trademarks displayed remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited. fantasycrickboard is not responsible for external sites or content accessed via advertisements.
Restrictions
Prizes are not offered through this platform. fantasycrickboard is not a gambling entity.
Users are expected to respect all applicable laws and intellectual rights, and refrain from any activity that infringes upon others' privacy or property.
- Distribute pornographic material
- Promote hate, violence, or discrimination
- Publish false, deceptive content
- Violate copyright or trademark laws
- Create offensive team names
- Misuse personal data
- Break any regional or international regulations
Additionally, you agree not to:
- Pose as another individual or organization
- Access restricted website areas
- Distribute malicious or spam content
- Attempt to breach or test site security systems
fantasycrickboard retains the authority to suspend or ban accounts violating these Terms or receiving substantiated complaints.
We may share your information when legally obligated, such as during legal disputes or national security issues.
Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as-is" without warranty. We disclaim any guarantee of availability or functionality. You use the site at your own risk and acknowledge that we’re not liable for damages to your devices or data.
fantasycrickboard reserves the right to update, modify or cancel any feature or competition under unforeseen circumstances.
Liability & Legal Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify fantasycrickboard and its affiliates from any claims linked to your usage. Our liability does not cover incidental, special or consequential damages beyond £100, as permitted by applicable laws.
Governing Law
These terms shall be interpreted under the laws of England, with all disputes resolved exclusively in the courts of London, unless otherwise stated by law.
This document overrides previous agreements. If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall still apply.
